FortMind Pte. Ltd. ("FortMind," "we," "us," or "our") does not set cookies on fortmind.ai. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

Because we store nothing on your device for tracking purposes, there is no consent banner on this site and nothing for you to opt out of. You can verify this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, load any page on fortmind.ai, and check the Cookies section under Storage. It will be empty.

2. Analytics We Do Use

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages people visit and how quickly those pages load. Both are cookieless: they set no cookies and write nothing to your browser's local or session storage.

These services record, per page view:

• The page path you visited and the referring page, if any
• Coarse location, at country level
• Device type, operating system, and browser
• Page performance timings (Core Web Vitals)

They do not build a profile of you, do not follow you across other websites, and do not assign you a persistent identifier that survives beyond a day. We never sell this data, and it is not shared with advertising networks.

3. Local Storage We Do Use

One feature on this site writes to your browser's local storage: the command palette (opened with ⌘K) remembers your recent searches so they appear the next time you open it.

This is stored only in your own browser, is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and exists solely to provide a feature you chose to use. Clearing your browser's site data for fortmind.ai removes it.

4. What We Do Not Do

To be unambiguous, we do not use any of the following on this website:

• Advertising or retargeting cookies
• Conversion tracking pixels, including Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn tags
• Cross-site or cross-device tracking
• Audience profiling for advertising
• Session replay or heatmap recording
• Third-party live chat or support widgets
• Sale or sharing of personal information, as defined by the CCPA

5. Your Controls

Since we set no cookies, there is nothing here for you to withdraw consent from. If you would still prefer to block what little we do collect, you can:

• Use any content blocker or privacy extension — our analytics will simply not load
• Enable your browser's tracking protection or strict privacy mode
• Clear site data for fortmind.ai to remove command palette history

Blocking any of the above has no effect on how this website works. Every page remains fully functional.

6. Regional Notes

6.1 EU/EEA and UK

The ePrivacy Directive requires consent before storing or accessing information on your device, except where that storage is strictly necessary for a service you explicitly requested. We store nothing for tracking, and the command palette history exists only because you used the command palette. On that basis, no consent banner is required. Your rights over any personal data we hold are described in our Privacy Policy.

6.2 California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action to take, because there is no such activity to opt out of.

6.3 Do Not Track

We treat every visitor the same way regardless of Do Not Track signals, because we do not track anyone in the first place.

7. If This Changes

If we ever introduce cookies or any tracking technology — for example an advertising pixel to measure a campaign — we will update this policy before that change goes live, revise the "Last Updated" date, and implement a consent mechanism where the law requires one. We will not quietly add tracking under an unchanged policy.
