Skills Assessment

Role-specific exercise (take-home or live session). For engineers: build something small. For non-engineers: solve a realistic problem. We respect your time—expect 2-4 hours max.

Final Discussion (60 min)

Deep dive into working together: expectations, compensation, equity, and logistics. Ask us anything. We'll be completely transparent about the company's status and challenges.

Decision

We'll make a decision within 48 hours and send you an offer or clear feedback. Total process: 1-2 weeks from application to offer.
